Sir D's Catering is the result of over 25 years of vision, hard work and dreams. We got our start as a small, upscale social caterer working out of a basement in Camp Hill in the mid 1980's. In 1999, owners Don and Carla Noss incorporated their dream and named it in honor of Don's passed grandfather, Rev. Donald Cohick. Today, Sir D's Catering is one of the most sought after wedding caterers in Harrisburg, PA. But, that's not all we're good at! Our reputation for quality food and exceptional service keeps us thriving - 25 years later!
Don attributes much of his passion for food and service to his grandfather, who not only fed his church congregation spiritually, but was quite the chef in an era where it was uncommon for men. The principle that people who are well fed physically, mentally and spiritually are happy and successful rings true to our business mindset. Events that are smart logistically, have great food and are aesthetically attractive have all the components to be successful ones!
Now located in New Cumberland, Sir D's Catering caters to Harrisburg, Hershey, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lancaster, Elizabethtown, York and the rest of Central PA... all from our 10,000 square foot facility. We strive to stay current and trendy by being active members of national and international catering organizations, also by keeping our pulse on what's happening in New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC. First and foremost however, we understand we are in Central PA, catering to Central PA clients. Your event is our priority and we will adjust to accommodate your style, stature and image.
