Pricing starts at $18.95 per person. Packages include:

-Salad of Choice

(From the Garden, Caesar, Spinach, or Seasonal)

-Entree(s) of Choice

-A vegetable and starch of choice

-Dinner Rolls & Butters

-Includes appropriate plates, flatware, and everything you’d need for service.

-ask us to add any delectable desserts or refreshing beverages.

Sir D’s team comes an hour before your event start to set up your buffet, cost includes 2 hours of event time, and then we will be back to clean it all up for you! Not enough time? You can always add more time!

-A delivery fee will be added based on location and setup. A Service Fee will be added to all proposals.

  • Italian Herb Chicken

    Herbed Chicken Breast roasted and sliced under a Garlic and Sundried Tomato Jus

  • Tequila Cilantro Lime Chicken

    Lime and Coriander Rubbed Chicken roasted and sliced under a Garlic Lime and Cilantro Pans Sauce deglazed with tequila

  • Roast Beef Au Jus

    Perfectly Roasted Roast Beef sliced super thin and pilled high under its own Au Jus

  • Roast Beef Dijonaise

    Same as above but topped with a Creamy Pan Gravy mounted with Dijon

  • Cuban Pork Roast

    Pork Roast Marinated in Classic Cuban Spices, herbs, and Orange and roasted to perfections. sliced and topped with the reduction of its own pan drippings and marinade

  • Bruschetta Chicken

    Chicken Breast topped with a garden fresh tomato, garlic, basil, parmesan, and panko stuffing and drizzled with a balsamic glaze

  • Greek Chicken

    Lemon and Garlic Marinated Chicken Breast roasted and sliced under a mixture of Sautéed Spinach, onions, and feta cheese and topped with lemon butter

  • Chicken Marsala

    Chicken Breast Cutlets topped with a beautiful creamy mushroom and Shallot pan sauce fortified with Classic Marsala Wine

  • Chicken Piccata

    Chicken Breast Cutlets topped with a buttery white wine sauce with Capers, Lemons, and Garlic

  • Traditional Pot Roast

    Fork Tender Beef Braised with Root Vegetables in a decadent herb infused rich gravy
