Mediterranean Chicken
Fresh boneless skinless chicken breast marinated in extra virgin olive oil, sun dried
tomatoes, polumbo peppers, fresh oregano, roasted garlic, and a splash of lemon. Roasted
and sliced into delicate fingerlings and garnished with vegetable confetti.

Chicken Caragena

Boneless breast of chicken wrapped asparagus spears and smothered a classic Béchamel sauce with hints of Iberian Ham and roasted chilies. Served with fresh Basil leaves.

Chicken Carbonara
Fresh boneless skinless chicken breast fingerlings, sautéed in white wine, cream and garlic, and finished with hickory smoked bacon, green peas and Parmesan.

New England Seafood Pasta
Orecchiette pasta tossed in a light garlic wine cream sauce and topped with baby clams,
shrimp, scallops and roasted corn, peppers and baby redskins.

Beef Bourguignon

Lean US choice sirloin seared and braised with red wine, herbs de provence, pearl onions, and mushrooms. This classic is fragrant and melts in your mouth.

Brazilian Style NY Strip

Fully trimmed choice NY strip loin rubbed in Brazilian style spice rub and roasted to medium rare. Carved and laced with a portabella infused demiglaze.

Tuscan Beef Sauté
Seared Tender Tips of Beef, tossed with button mushrooms, roma tomatoes, onions
and peppers, folded in a savory cabernet sauce.

Salmon Valencia

Broiled Salmon fillets finished with Spanish

style saffron dill cream and extra large capers.

New Orleans's Tilapia and Shrimp
Cajun rubbed Tilapia broiled and topped with sauteed shrimp and confetti vegetables. Finished with a sweet lemon BBQ drizzle.

Athenian Chicken
