NOTE: 6% PA Sales Tax, plus delivery and set up charge
of $45.00 - $95.00 (depending on size and set up of location)
is added to the bill. All menu items are subject to price increases
due to market fluctuations. When staff is requested to remain
for service a 20% Service Fee is charged. There is an additional
charge when extra service is required.
