The Cocktail Reception menus are designed for those occasions when a traditional meal is not appropriate or necessary. It is designed, priced and staffed to run for two hours. The menus include disposable products. China is available for $1.95 per person additional.

Fresh Fruit Kabobs
A colorful and sweet assortment of grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, Honey dew & pineapple. Offered with a raspberry mallow dip

Seven Layer Shrimp Spread
Artistically displayed layers of herbed cream cheese, roasted red onions, sliced black olives, bell peppers, cocktail sauce, grated cheddar cheese, and islandic baby shrimp served with baguette medallions

Honey Glazed Sausage and Peppers
Coins of hot & sweet Italian sausages seared with fresh clover honey and served with julienne strips of peppers

A Colorful Bouquet of Roasted Vegetables
Tossed with extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and light seasonings then seared in a very hot oven. This assortment of mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, red potatoes, peppers, red onions, carrots, and cauliflower is displayed beautifully at room temperature

Poached Side of Salmon
Beautifully displayed boneless filet of salmon poached in fresh citrus and chardonnay. Adorned with capers, chopped eggs, diced red onion and a wonderful fresh dill crème Fraiche

White wheel cheddar, Fontana and Swiss offered with assorted crackers, mustards, and grapes

50 to 99 guests - $14.95 per person

100 to 149 guests - $13.75 per person

150 to 199 guests - $12.95 per person

200 or more guests - $11.95 per person

A Fee of $125.00 is added to this menu for each carver required
To do both meats at the Carvery station add $1.00 per person additional
