The Cocktail Reception menus are designed for those occasions when a traditional meal is not appropriate or necessary. It is designed, priced and staffed to run for two hours. The menus include disposable products. China is available for $1.95 per person additional.

Portabella Mushroom Mousse Tartlets
Oven roasted mushrooms, pureed with fresh cream and herbs and piped into mini Phyllo baskets

Lemon BBQ Grilled Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp marinated in fresh
lemon and zesty BBQ and grilled

Wasabi Marinated Tenderloin Kabobs
Tenderloin tips marinated in a kicking Japanese sauce
Stationery Items
Warm Crab and Spinach Dip in Bread Bowl
Jumbo lump crabmeat, spinach, almonds, cheese, cream, and wine highlight this very rich delicacy. Offered with fresh baguette rounds and English wafers

Side of Smoked Salmon
Sliced Nova Scotia smoked salmon presented with mini bagels,  herbed cream cheese, caviar, capers and red onions

European Cheese Display With Grapes & Strawberries
Carlsberg, herbed gruyere, smoked gouda, feta, and baked brie with apricots and almonds. Offered with an English wafer assortment, mustards, grapes and strawberries

Lemon Thyme Chicken Medallions
Boneless breast of chicken fingerlings marinated in fresh lemon, hot peppers, and thyme. A Sir D's favorite!

Grilled Vegetable Platter
Pesto marinated zucchini, yellow squash, portabella mushrooms, red & green peppers, carrots, scallions, and cauliflower grilled over open flames and served room temperature

50 to 99 guests - $16.95 per person

100 to 149 guests - $15.25 per person

150 to 199 guests - $14.50 per person

200 or more guests - $13.50 per person

A Fee of $125.00 is added to this menu for each carver required
To do both meats at the Carvery station add $1.95 per person additional
