The Cocktail Reception menus are designed for those occasions when a traditional meal is not appropriate or necessary. It is designed, priced and staffed to run for two hours. The menus include disposable products. China is available for $1.95 per person additional.

Sir D's Rockin Oysters
Our unique version of Rockefeller takes freshly shucked oysters with spinach, bacon, lemon, cream and a mirepoix of roasted hot peppers under a slice of brie and broils them to perfection.

Curried Lamb Chops
Tender grilled rib chops dredged in a curry
dry rub and served with a fresh tarragon cream

Fresh Asparagus and Proscuitto
Pencil-thin asparagus wrapped in salty Italian Proscuitto and lightly roasted and chilled, served with a zesty lemon dill sauce

Jumbo Beer Steamed Shrimp Cocktail
Jumbo Gulf Shrimp steamed in a spicy beer broth, peeled and deveined and displayed on ice with a zesty cocktail sauce

A Fee of $125.00 is added to this menu for each carver required
To do both meats at the Carvery station add $3.50 per person additional
