Jumbo lump, lump, back fin, and claw meat are all used in this superb

Sir D's Holiday Roasted Meat Trays

All Meats are seasoned and roasted in house, then chilled and sliced onto table ready trays and offered with appropriate condiments, and mini rolls. All Platters are 5lbs and will serve between 25-50 people.
